19 Jiffymixer
All liquid or semisolid but especially viscid mediums are better and faster mixed with a Jiffymixer.
Application area:
Adhesives, cement, glue, chemicals, ceramic, clay, foods, foams, highly viscous fluids, resins, pharmaceutical fluids, mortar, paint, alluvium, mud, jelly-form polyester materials, zinc containing materials and much more
Mode of operation:
Due to the special design of the Jiffymixer the medium can not be spilled and air inclusion during the mixing procedure is avoided as well. Deposits clinging to the bins are adjusted by the edge-gated and lower placed mixing blades and again included in the mixing process. Hence an optimal and homogeneously compound of the single components is guaranteed. As driving mechanism a hand drilling machine (speed level 450-750 rpm) achieves best mixing results.
Jiffymixers distinguished by a multiplicity of applications, from laboratory mixer up to industrial mediums with dimensions of 400 litres.
